Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, Otahuhu Shoes does not provide Refunds.

However all full priced purchases can be exchanged within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Shoes must be in original condition and in their box.

You will be responsible for postage costs for the exchange.

Purchases made online can also be exchanged in-store.

If you are unhappy with the sizing you have selected from our website we are happy to exchange the shoes for another size where available. If you are unsure of what size is required, please give us a call to speak with a friendly team member who will be able to help you. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we are more than happy.

In order to make an exchange (subject to availability) please email us on sales@otahuhushoes.co.nz stating your reason for exchange and what you are wanting to exchange to along with your order number from your receipt.

Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.

FAULTS

Shoes must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility will be made. We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
